LENOX — Wednesday’s snow brought about the postponement of one Western Massachusetts Class D semifinal, so the top-seeded Hoosac Valley girls basketball team drove over to Lenox to see the No. 2 Millionaires take on No. 3 Monson.
With 20 seconds left in the third quarter, the Hurricanes made for the exits as Claire O’Brien sank a pair of free throws to put Lenox up by 21.
