An early 2000s rap legend will descend onto Springfield’s Stearns Square to close out the city’s second annual pride parade.
Trina, widely regarded as among the best female rappers to ever grace a microphone, will perform at the Springfield Pride Parade’s block party on Saturday, June 3.
The parade will kick off on the Springfield Technical Community College campus at 10 a.m. Marchers will walk alongside city officials, leaders and business owners, as they dance, sing and shout for the LGBTQIA+ community down the STCC campus onto State Street, past the MassMutual Center all the way to Stearns Square for the parade’s block party.
