Lenox boys tennis beaten in Western Mass. Class C championship match by PVCICS


WEST SPRINGFIELD — A bid for the PVIAC Western Massachusetts Class C championship came up short for the Lenox boys tennis team on Friday.

The second-seeded Millionaires lost 4-1 to No. 4 Pioneer Valley Chinese Immersion Charter School under the sun at West Springfield High School.

The Dragons won the first-ever sectional championship in school history.

PVCICS quickly took a 3-0 lead, winning the singles matches in dominant fashion.
