PITTSFIELD — Revenge is a dish best served cold, and in the playoffs.
The Pittsfield High softball team avenged a loss to Easthampton earlier this season behind a strong outing from Amanda Pou and timely hitting.
After giving up five runs in the first two innings, Pou shut down the Easthampton offense, while her offense backed her up to propel the Generals to a 7-5 victory on Friday afternoon.
