Nicholas T. Buoniconti Jr.
1969 – 2023
With great sadness the family of Nicholas T. Buoniconti announces his untimely passing on April 26,2023. Nick was born on June 16,1969 to the late Nicholas T. Buoniconti Sr. and Pamela (McCann) Buoniconti in Springfield. He was raised in Feeding Hills and educated in Agawam graduating from Agawam High School Class of 1987. Nick chose a career in the construction industry and was a valued member of the team at John S. Lane & Sons Inc located in Westfield. He possessed a strong work ethic and looked forward to providing his best effort each day. His home was his castle and he spent countless hours manicuring his lawn to perfection. Nick also had a talent for woodworking and enjoyed working on each of his creations. He was known for his ability as a fixer upper and could be found working in his basement tackling his latest challenge. Nick was a great animal lover, and he adored his two cats Molly and Spaz. Nick found the simple things in life to be his greatest pleasure. He will be greatly missed.
Surviving Nick is beloved mother Pam and his long-time companion and confidante Fawn Mazzei. He will be fondly remembered by his extended family and many friends.
Calling hours for Nick will be held on Thursday June 1,2023 from 5-7 P.M. at the Agawam Funeral Home 184 Main Street with a funeral home service to begin t 6:30 P.M. Burial at Springfield Street Cemetery will be held on Friday June 2,2023 privately for the family.
