WEST LEBANON, N.Y. — Not everyone wins races at Lebanon Valley Speedway. In fact, some racers go their entire careers without crossing the dirt track finish line first.
So, John Virgilio hasn’t taken his July 15 victory for granted.
The Pittsfield native and city police officer won a race in the Big Blocks class last month in his first year in the division.
