BUCKLAND â The 2024 Western Massachusetts Track and Field Championship meet was a nearly six-hour affair at Mohawk Trail Regional School on Friday evening.
The Mounties didn’t mind one bit.
By the time coaches Brian Gill and Jenna Dickinson had dismissed their teams to the buses around 10 p.m., with the promise of McDonalds in the near future, the Mount Greylock boys and girls had repeated as Division II champions.
“This spring, this team, it’s my favorite to be a part of,” said Greylock senior Judge Martin.
